A: The shipping cost is determined by the destination port, weight, packing size, total CBM of the goods. It is difficult for us to quote you the exactly shipping fee without knowing your total quantity of the order and your destination sea port; we will quote you the good shipping cost after you decide the order.

 

4. Q: What is your MOQ?

 

A: if customer have agent in China arrange the delivery shipping for you, there will be no MOQ limited, that means customer can order 1 piece and the price will be offered as EXW factory price.

 

B:if customer have no any agent in China and if customer needs us arrange the delivery shipping; the MOQ will be 5 pieces. Mixed order can be accepted. That means each design each item customer can select only one piece, till 5 pieces full.

 Cooperation procedure:

First send us an inquiry for quote, please be specific on products category, product’s name, Product’s item number preference, color preference, style preference, quantity and required delivery time.Then we will response to your request with 24hours with an itemized quotation sheet, including description, product’s size, CBM, Weight, unit price in USD; Payment term and delivery time and a copy of clearly catalogue for your reference.We may contact you for clarification or options during this period, please carefully review our quote, please do not hesitate to call or email us if you have any question or need any advice, make necessary revisions.After confirming all the information by you, we will prepare a copy of PI (Pro forma Invoice) or Purchase Agreement; we will attach the bank information in the PI. Our Payment term: 100% T/T balance should be paid before shipping. Because we have stock goods, so we do not need time to produce, just we need time to do the packing, wooden frame.After receive your payment, we will arrange the shipping to you. Or you have agent in China, we will contact her/him as soon as possible to arrange the delivery for you.
